My right foot gave me some grief for about a week. I'm not sure what it was, but I was able to get it under control. Every ache and pain at this point seems very scary. Good luck, I hope it's minor and goes away quickly!

Have fun at Lake Powell, but be careful....be very careful! No injuries from out having fun.

Hey Ya'll- i'm back from my WONDERFUL Lake Powell trip. The weather was delightful, I think it was my favorite trip to Powell to date and this has been an annual trip for the past 8 years. I'll try to get some pics up on the blog this week.

Lybster- I think I didn't do anything you wouldn't do except eat lots of junk food- you would have shown more will power I'm sure

Kim- I didn't get back until late on the 20th. Sorry I missed you. Hope you had a fun little SG trip & good time running the course. Its so fun this time of year will all the people training.

Jody- Can't wait to see you too!!!
