Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training.  Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.

4 easy miles with the gang.  Felt too short, probably should've gone longer.  My right quad was a little sore, but otherwise body felt pretty good for running the 20 miler last Sat.  Made some plans for a 10 miler with Sheila on Friday.  Will be in Lake Powell all next week.   Will run tomorrow, thurs & fri.

Yes, I work for the state on a big multi-million dollar computer system installation. We must keep on schedule, which requires whatever hours it takes to get er done. I work with a great team.
