Slept in and skipped weight lifting class.  Now must go to Thursday's class as punishment (harder teacher!) Am going to run while Arielle is at gymnastics this afternoon- should have time for about 5 miles.  Going to sign up for Spectrum 10k this week!

Phew! Got the 5 miler in.  It was a really nice solo run in the afternoon.  Don't hate me you Northerners, but I was able to sport a singlet in the 68 degrees, sunny weather! Av. pace 8:52.  I'm always happy when I average close or UNDER 9 min. miles.  Run could've been longer, felt like I had a couple more miles in me, but time didn't allow.  Tomorrow morning meeting Buff & Heather for a good 6 miler w/ hills.

Way to go on the miles Christi! Good luck with the harder teacher tomorrow. Don't you hate it when we have to punish ourselves?!

Christi,

I'm going to be in St.George on Fri. well thursday night and was wondering what your plans for a run on Friday morning are? If you are going out with or without someone I was wondering if maybe I could tag along depending on what you are doing? Don't change your plans if you are doing the gym or something, let me know what you have going on. Thanks!

Good job on getting your miles in today. Good luck on running tomorrow with hills.

Wow, so good on your miles and pace! Nothing better than "having a few miles left" in ya. You are amazing.
