Personal:
Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training. Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.
I'm much more active on Facebook- find me there Christi Lovelace Dieckman
Ran on treadmill at gym, they were showing Top Gun. Brought me right back to the 80's!! Then caught part of weight class. Great workout today, started the day off well- put me in a good mood all day!
Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. I liked your re-evaluation of your SGM goals. I think it's great that you are still sticking a BQ as your gold. Good luck in finding more running buddies. They sure do help out! I wish we could be running buddies. The gas and time to meet up for runs would be horrendous! :D
Now for the confession of the day....I am a girl of the 80's and I have never even seen Top Gun. How sad is that?
If you are going to run on the treadmill you gotta have a good movie going. I am planning on running the 20 miler too so we hopefully we can catch up more after the race!
Jody- you must see Top Gun again, its a good one to have on in the background while cleaning. I was getting a kick out of the hair & clothes styles!
Kim- you MUST rent Top Gun. While we're confessing...I've never seen Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid!
Brent- Thanks, I'm getting back into the game, it may be late, but I'm getting in there!
Marcie- It will be fun to see you at the 20 miler. You'll be kicking back and all recovered by the time I cross the finish!
Lybi- No, same dog. Teddy the 2 yr old. I still call him my puppy (he's so hyper!)
