Long run w/ Sole Sisters today (Buff, Steph, Shelly, Theresa T. & Sara) I felt pretty good on this run, a little slow & a teeny bit of hip soreness, but nothing lasting.  Great group of gals to pass the miles with.  9:40 av pace (I took my garmin off auto pause so I'd like to think we were actually running faster than 9:40 av., but if so- not much)  They are all getting ready for Boston on the 14th and the energy was great today, I'm so excited for them!

Can't wait to read race reports today! Many of the FRB are racing as I type this in my robe (hee hee)

Yay! I realized I finally hit 25 mi. again for the week.  I did cheat a bit by logging some walking miles, but I still feel good about getting my mileage back up & starting off the month on the right food.

Nice long run, I didnt realize thats who you ran with. I went to Boston with Theresa T last year, she is a hoot! And I have always known who all those girls are (except Buff) but never really chatted with them. I just met Stephanie (its Meacham right?) a few months ago and she is so nice! Great job on 25 mi!

Great job, Christi! This is the kind of run that is lacking from my training. You are having a fabulous season. Can't wait to see your next race.

What a great way to start the month of April. Glad you have a fun group of ladies to run with - that makes all the difference. I look forward to seeing another 25 week for you.
