I've been tracking my friends who are running Boston today- jealous! I know they are having a ball!

Last week was such a great mileage week for me , I'm going to see if I can match it.  I've been inspired by Clyde & Sasha who are running their birthday miles on their BDs (like 35 miles for Sasha today on his 35th birthday!) My 35th BD is this Sat- so my adaptation is that I'm going to run 35 miles this week! (yeah, I'm crazy, I just admitted my old age...)

Plan for week:

Tues-5

Wed-10

Thurs- weight class

Fri- 6

Sat- 14

I'm going to get in a couple miles this afternoon just to solidify my mileage for the week.

Birthday week! Good idea! I'll try to do 31 miles this week since I just turned 31. I'm usually pretty stoked if I can put in 25-30% of the miles that Sasha does. He he.
