Goal time! I set some goals last week and didn't make them.  Sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel.  But no.... I need to press on.  Only 1 goal this week:

1.  Get up at 5:15 and workout at least 5  4  times this week!! (5 is ideal, but my sister & her family are still in town and I need to be realistic about my stress level with work, company & everything else this week- if I exceed 4x then hooray, I'll be super stoked)

That's it.  Short & sweet.  I think if I can make myself have a consistent workout time everything else will fall in place.  I will reassess at the end of the week.

Early morning came without no warning, without the mamas or papas. Hey, if you miss a morning workout, the guilt later in the day will be tough.

Alright, weekly challenge, 5 x 5 miles in the morning.

Great goals for the week! Good luck with everything. Thanks for the post and good wishes for my little guy. He's a great baby. Hopefully I'll be blogging a run soon.

No towel throwing! You know the blog would shrivel up and die if you did. ;)
