Day 4 of sleep competition.  The LYBSTER is putting up a really good fight! Last night I logged almost 9 hrs, trying to take back the lead!

Will run 6 later today.

Yeah, the distance for today is pretty laughable.  I can blame it on work, kids & hubby- but I know I really just need to get a more committed attitude.  Anyway- snuck in the 2.15, hoping to get in a couple more later today- but the evening is looking hectic so we'll see.  I think all this sleep is interferring with workout time- LOL!

Love your picture!

That's a smart girl to tell us you will get run 6 later today. We'll hold you to it!

From Lybi on Wed, Feb 06, 2008 at 13:26:15

So you slept 8:50, right? I still have a 10 min. lead. Ah! Neck and neck and the week's half over!

You guys are so funny! At least you've had your running shoes on today, that's more than I can say for myself!

From Benn on Wed, Feb 06, 2008 at 18:00:35

2.15? Further then me. Definitely not laughable.

I really should have joined the sleep competition. Nice job! You got miles in today....That is fantastic!!

From crumpyb1 on Wed, Feb 06, 2008 at 22:18:55

Enjoy your sleep! Does it count if you are in bed? Or do you have to be in bed and asleep for it to count?

From Christi on Thu, Feb 07, 2008 at 10:32:01

Benn- Thanks for reminding me that every mile counts! I checked out your blog- its awesome! You have made some great PRs and have some wonderful goals for this year. I think its so cool that you are getting your masters in Ed. right now too!

Michelle & Jody- thanks for your positive attitude and encouragement!! It means alot!! (and for not being as hard on me as I am on myself)

Adrianne- I have been counting sleep time only. I look at the clock one last time before I roll over into snoozey land. Lybi & I never really talked about that though, so good question!
