Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to run consistantly at least 5 days a week. I would also like to bring my average pace back down into the 8's.

Long-Term Running Goals:
Run as long as my bad knees will allow- hopefully forever.
Re-qualify for Boston.
Complete a marathon in less than 3:30 without having to walk at any point.

.5 miles slow waiting for gps to pickup. Then 7 miles with the following splits- 9:18, 9:30, 9:11, 9:15, 9:15, 8:58, 9:19, then .5 miles at 10:00 mm.
Ran a loop from my house to 98th south on the JRP then up to 13th west, across 13th a back home. Paces: 9:35, 9:21, 9:16, 8:58, 8:29, 9:28. AP 9:17. Elevation changes 299ft.
