Was able to run my first run since the marathon. Ran w/Alana six miles (wind of course) didn't feel the i-t band until mile five-ish. I have iced and rolled. Feel it now walking around, but not in pain at all. Think I will keep miles between 4-6 for the week and go from there. Ice and roll...ice and roll....cross train now. Gotta get this core into shape!! Time was 54:52 |
