Ran over to the DC and then ran with the club 6 miles then back- total of 11.40 8:20 average for the run- just kept it an easy recovery run- body feels great after the race on Saturday-
on the 6th mile I dropped the pace down to 6:30 for 3/4 miles and felt fresh.... 1PM 8.60 miles running almost the same course as this morning....just cut it short a bit....7:55 pace, 20 for the day new altra torins for this run
