| Slept in this morning. Afternoon, we ran the foremaster run. My lower back hurt a lot when I ran for the first few miles, it got a little better ast I got into it, but when I stopped it hurt more again.

| Morning run by myself to loosen up my legs just a mile. In the afternoon, we ran Harts to warmup, then we ran 5x800's: 2:55, 2:54, 2:56, 2:55 and 2:54. Cooldown, then Powderpuff Football Game!!
