| We did a big grass loop warmup, then 3x800s (2:49, 2:59, 3:01)on the track w/o stopping in between, only 300m jog between. Then 5 minutes break and 3x400s (1:22, 1:21, 1:16) w/o stopping, only 150m jog between. Then big grass loop cool down and stretches.

| Meet today! Pre-Region at Snow Canyon! We had to warm up really fast becuase we only had 15 minutes, but I had a GREAT race! I started out strong with Hannah from Cedar and accidentally took a wrong turn and ran about 20-30 meters extra and had to re-pass about 10 people. But it made me mad, so I ran really fast! Pretty good race, I started out way fast and good (not too fast) and led for the first 3/4 mile, then I got passed by a few people the 2nd mile, my 3rd mile I did better and ran pretty well.
