| A meet today! State at Sugarhouse Park! Pretty good race, I started out way fast and good (not too fast) and led for the first 3/4 mile, then I got passed by a few people the 2nd mile, my 3rd mile I did better and ran pretty well. It was cold. Sixth place and 19:30.4! (3 seconds off school record!) |

| Race today! Butch Cassidy 10k, my first ever 10k! Mile warm up, then stretches. Ran my first 3 miles ok-ish fast, then there were major hills 2nd half but I still did ok. 6:38/mile avg, 41:17 time, 3rd overall and 1st in 15-18 years. I almost got second overall, but I missed it by 8 seconds. Shucks. |
