I ran a tempo run out to the Rec center and back (I was going to sign up for the race on Saturday, but they were closed) The way there was almost all uphill, but back was downhill. :) Avg. 7:20/mi.

I ran easy today - my legs are sore from yesterday! I went out on the trails past the Burdicks's house. Avg. mile was 7:49.

I ran backwards Bank run today, the hill was killer! I ran a couple (1st and last) miles sub-7 (6:30 & 6:50) and avg. mile was 7:15! I meant to run some mile repeats after voice lessons at 4, but I did baptisms for the dead with David at the temple instead. (I'll do repeats tomorrow.)

I ran the Hospital run (7:43/mi avg), then I ran the industrial loop for 4x1mile repeats. The GPS watch ran out of batteries, so I don't know my times, but I am dead tired, so I think I ran around 6:00 for them. My legs are sore already!

Coach showed me this 9-miler on the internet map, so I did it, but I went too far at one point, so I ended up going a mile over. It was run and in the desert, I liked it.

I ran at 9 pm out from my house toward the AZ strip and into AZ for a while. I meant to run 13, but my watch's batteries died at 5 miles, so I missed the turnaround and finally turned around a ways past the 7 mile spot. My legs are so tired! I feel like I'm going to die next week at the race!
