Back to the early runs this week. It was a little easier to get out the door today having not hit snooze for an hour. Left hamstring felt a little twitchy for about .5 miles this morning then it was okay. Windy and warm this morning, I saw it was windy and over dressed just a little. Today was just an easy distance run. I've got to remember to re-charge my watch, it died again between 4-5 miles.

Woke up with a huge head ache so I decided not to run. Got home from work and started feeling a little guilty so I hit the treadmill at around 7PM. I decided to watch Dirty Jobs last night while running. The last part was Mike castrating sheep, if you haven't seen it you may not want to. Pretty disgusting. Anyway the run was about as good as a treadmill run can get which is not very good. I ran on a full stomach so I just took it easy.

I didn't know how this run would go since I ran later last night I only got around 11 hrs. recovery and I'm used to getting 24 hrs. Felt a little tired around .5 miles but otherwise I felt fine. Overall pace was slightly slower which I think was due to the shortened recovery and not being used to that.

This cold is making it hard to get out of bed to run. I was able to drag myself out the door this morning and as usual when I don't feel like running had a pretty good run.

Really stuffy sinus wise today, I hope I'm not getting a cold. Not as cold this morning felt a little better. I think it's almost as hard getting used to running in the dark as it is the cold. Pretty uneventful run this morning.
