I hurt my back on Sunday trying to fix a flat tire on the lawn tractor.  It was really sore when I got up this morning so I went back to bed.  I think this week will have to be an easy recovery week.

Back feels better this morning but still sore so I just took it easy.  It bothered me for the first 3 miles and then settled down a little bit.  5.5 miles instead of 7.25. 

Splits: 10:16, 10:01, 9:18, 8:45, 7:55, 3:52 (.5 Mile)

Time: 50:09 (9:08 Pace)

Good hard run today.  It didn't start that way because my back still hurts, but when I got to 1 mile and was under 10 min. (all uphill) I decided to keep pushing it.

Splits: 9:55, 9:33, 8:37, 8:08, 7:35, 3:53 (.5 Mile)
