Cold again this morning and the rest of the week is looking pretty depressing.  Good run otherwise, did the Washington Terrace loop because it was a little windy and this route is more across the wind rather than into it.  Calf started twinging again with about 1 mile to go so I eased up.

Windy this morning and I over dressed a little bit but it wasn't too bad.  It looked colder than it was.  Good run but nothing exciting today, just glad to be out.

My goal today was 2 fold, 1st to take it easy and not hurt my calf any further and 2nd was a test of sorts to see if running longer/slower was better on it than shorter/faster.  Good run had a couple of times when I thought I might be done because my calf started acting up so I focused on relaxing and I got through it ok.  Now to see how it feels throughout the day.

7.25 miles on the TM this morning.  Looks like my test from Wednesday is working out pretty good, the calf is feeling really good today.  Wednesday was a different story however but so far so good.  A real treat this morning on TV while running, The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner movie was on, you can't beat the old Looney Toons.
