10 miles on a cool but really nice morning. I even seen a few of other runners out this morning.
So aside from running Monday without eating I did something else that wasn't super smart. With about 3.5 miles left I saw a pack of cigarettes in the road at the last second and wanted to smash it to ruin them so kids wouldn't get them. So without stopping I had to kinda step to the side and twist my hips to step on it. Well...I could hardly walk for the rest of Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday felt a little better. Yesterday was probably runnable but I decided not to push it plus I've still got some bad mojo in my head. So lesson learned, don't go out of my way to step on things, even if they're bad.
