Woke up this morning feeling like crap. But I usually feel better for the rest of the day if I run. Good run today although I did feel a little tired. Nice morning, there was a lot of runners, walkers, and a few bikers this morning. Even feeling like crap I still made my long run for the week. I was curious to see the elevation change on my run so I marked it on my Garmin, 360ft.
