Vacationing up in Island Park Idaho, great weekend fishing.  Sunday I was fishing in the river and a bear came down and stood on the bank less than 100 yards away.  My son, brother-in-law and a couple of hikers just stood there staring.  The bear went back into the brush and then came back down to the river and played with some trees for about 5 minutes and then left.  It was really awesome to see a bear that close in the wild, it made the trip.

Had time for a quick run on Monday morning, I was on vacation after all.  Nice run, it was cool up there in the morning and it's at altitude (2000 ft. higher than I'm used to).

Time: 36:33 (8:53 Pace)

Splits: 9:11, 9:09, 8:37, 8:36, 0:58 (.11 Mile)
