Two words to describe this mornings run, sucking wind.  I don't know what was up but it was a tough run today.  It was a little warm this morning, the Ogden Regional Hospital sign said 83 at around 7:30 this morning.  It also didn't help that I put in around 125 ft. of sprinkler wire yesterday afternoon in the heat.

Splits:  10:13, 9:54, 9:21, 9:36, 5:52 (.65 mile 9:20 pace), 9:08, 9:05, 8:54, 8:23, 5:30 (.65 mile 8:25 pace)
