Nothing like stepping outside your door in the dark and having your neighbors dog standing there growling at you.  So that got the old heart going to start.  Great run today I felt pretty good aside from the top of my right foot where the ankle meets the foot is sore, what an odd place to be sore.  Awesome sun rise this morning at just past the 6 mile mark coming up through Weber Canyon.

No, it's a Bull Dog that's about as big as a lab and it doesn't know me very well. I yelled at it to go home and it was barking like crazy until the neighbor finally woke up and came and got it.
