I just have to ask -- when you state a negative decline, is that the same an incline? :)

I know, when I first blogged it I decided it was technically incorrect, but wanted to emphasize the decline and figured that without the negative sign, people might just glance and think I was running at an incline. I now just do it to be consistent.
