Dry heaves, nice way to start the weekend!

Your blog is so entertaining. I love the legos dudes on the treadmills!

Nice workout today. My husband would congratulate you on your dry heaving, he says it means you worked hard. I am sure he is right. I have an internal line that gets drawn the second I feel remotely ill, so I have never been there.

Have a great weekend.

dry heaves...nice! I'll probably try to feed off you some this summer. Seems like we have similiar goals. I'm 6' 180lbs and want to break 3...I'll only do it if I can discipline myself to lose a few lbs. Also keep a TM in the basement to help keep my mileage up. Good luck as we move into a new season on training!

That is awesome! I haven't pushed myself to the point of dry heaving in years. You rock!
