Rhett, sorry I haven't blogged for a few days. You asked if I am racing soon. Nope, I'm not as dedicated as you are. I've noticed that I've let my pace slip a bit on my runs, including long runs, but am alright with it since I'm just keeping base and trying to cross train a bit. My weight has crept up a bit, but not too bad. I'm totally impressed with the quality of your progress. Keep it up.
