Wake up weight 166- This is were I need ridicule and scorn and razzing to motivate me to do better. I cracked yesteday and ate more than I should. I'm starting to think I won't be able to hit 160 and maintain my upper body muscle at the same time. Oh well. I'll do my best with the 12 days I have left.
LUNCH- I had time for about a 20 minute workout so I did upper body weights focusing mainly on chest and lats with a little bit of biceps and shoulders thrown in.
PM- Hoping for time to do a longer run, maybe 8 to 10 miles easy. 10 easy miles. That was the best run I've had since returning to running! It was an amazing night, low 70's, full moon, with a very slight breeze. I felt quick and light on my feet, but never felt like I was pushing hard.
