I never got around to running last night. Probably good for my legs after my longish run Saturday night.

52 minute lake swim this morning. The water was calm and not too cold.

 

After soccer practice tonight I got in a 4 mile run. I guess I was feeling good after play soccer with the kids, so I pushed the pace some.

I did a nice little brick workout this morning.  I did a 10 mile hilly ride through SARA Park pushing hard then did a 4 mile recovery run.  I ran the same run I did last night, but at about 90 seconds per mile slower.  My calfs were feeling last nights run still.  AP: 8:08
