P90X Day 76 Kenpo I decided to do long hill sprints instead of kenp this morning. 1.75 mile warm up 5 x 400 m all out sprints up about a 6% grade (1:24, 1:21, 1:23, 1:25, 1:25) walked back down for recovery- approximately 5 minutes 1 mile cool down Total 5 miles My lungs were burning big time. Great workout!
