Wake up weight 161.5- Oh the roller coaster ride of weight loss. Now I have 1.5 to lose again. And to think I exercised pretty hard yesterday and ate really well. I did have a decent amount celery with humus before bed. Maybe all the extra fiber made me weigh in higher this morning. Oh well, I have 3 days to get back at or below 160.
