seeing improvement in my leg issue. Since there is no rush now that I've thrown in the towel on Big Bear, I'm patiently waiting fir my leg to be 100% before I start running again.
Out of town today so no workout but I did my stretches and strength exercises that the PT gave me yesterday after working on my leg. She did some scraping and boy does it feel a million times better!!! I'm totally excited that I may be able to run soon. She said not to run until I see her again though which isn't for 2 weeks.
