1 mile warm up. 2 miles hill repeats, 1 mile cool down.  

Left calf didn't feel quite right after warm up but didn't bother me during the hill repeats. Then on the cool down I felt it again.

Went to a PT appointment, got worked over with stretching, massage, and needling.

34 mile bike.  It was my longest bike since Lotoja and I could tell.

1 mile warm up, 2 miles hill repeats, 1 mile cool down.  That was the best my legs have felt in months.  Maybe I'm finally getting healthy!

19 hilly miles on the bike this morning.  About 1400 feet elevation gain.

I ran today without my calves giving me any problems for the first time in months!!! I did 5 miles nice and slow...AP 8:45.  My left hamstring is still very tight, but at least I was able to complete my run.  I'm super stoked.

I tried out Hoka road shoes for the first time today.  I liked the general feel of them, but it was a little too narrow in the toe box and rubbed my big toe funny.  Hopefully I can resolve that as I continue to break them in.

Calf sore this morning. I am in Vegas for my uncle's funeral so I worked out in the hotel gym.  45 minutes cycling, 45 minutes elliptical.

I think I strained my calf last night doing ladder drills which is part of my PT.  Isn't PT supposed to help me get better not hurt me?  Stupid calf.

I swam for 1 hour this morning a smidge faster than I swam on Tuesday.

I guess my PT tonight will have to be light on calf work.
