| 1 mile TM walk. Ran stairs for about 10 minutes. Did my glute exercises. And I even jogged back and forth on my basketball court for a bout 10 minutes without my leg hurting. I'm making progress!!

| I got my bike back ready to ride and did a 10 mile ride. Felt good to get back in the saddle.

I went to the PT today. She did needling and some more deep massage and scraping. Afterwards she had me run on the TM for a bit and I ran pain free for the first time in a long time. Hopefully it continues.

| 2 mile run on TM. I did a lot of it very slow but I did open it up and run hard for a quarter mile. No pain!!! It was a bit sore by the end though so I walked a bit and will see how it's doing Monday. I'm excited to hopefully be running again.

| 3 easy miles run outside! First real run in a few months. My leg issue behind my knee didn't really bother me, but my hammy on that same leg was really tight, probably has something to do with my other problem. Anyways, I ran!
Did my PT exercises while wathch football tonight.
