5 miles on Scout Cave Trail just outside Sniw Canyon.
I took a tumble pretty hard right at the beginning of the run. I jammed my wrist bad. I hope nothing is broken.

If it progressively hurts more throughout the day, it's probably broken. Speaking from experience.
