I spent a few hours last night jack hammering out floors in my house. That must have taken a lot out of me becuase I felt horrible on my run this morning, so I only did 8 miles.

Blake, you know Terry. He does meticulous work but not fast so I decided to rip the floors out for him.
Yasir and Dan, that was my first time using a jack hammer. Boy does it stress every muscle in your body. Dan, I can rip them out but have no clue how to put it back.
