Hey Rhett you been on your bike lately?

Slick I run in the morning and by the time I'm done it's usually over 100 plus there is a little humidity in the air since it is monsoon season. It's just nasty out there.
HBR, the last few years I've done a half iron man in the fall so I cycled a lot in the summer. I'm focusing more on ultra running this summer so no I haven't been on the bike in a while. You?

Rhett I've been trying to hit the trail or road bike a couple times a week.

HBR, I really should make time for it. It is a great way to build the aerobic base without the risk of injury.
