1/2 mile warm up followed by 3 miles on the track keeping HR as close to 141 without going over as possible. No significant improvement from my first MAF test 3 weeks ago.

Hmmm... Maybe if he runs backwards on the track for 3 weeks he can offset the three weeks of aging?? What do you think?

IJR, yep 3 weeks older and 3 weeks wiser. :)
Teena, running the car in reverse didn't work for Ferris Bueller, I'm guessing running backwards won't work for me. I plan on doing the MAF test once every three weeks. It will be interesting to see if I begin to get fast by doing about all my running at a low HR.
