After a high mileage week of lots of slow miles, I felt like letting my legs run today.
2 mile warm up
5 x 1 mile getting faster each mile (6:40, 6:35, 6:30, 6:25, 6:20) with 1/2 mile recovery.
1 mile cool down
Total 10 miles
