Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras. Short-Term Running Goals: No idea. Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks. Long-Term Running Goals: Lower bodyweight and complete some more races. Personal: Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.

| Got a big serving of humble pie today. I started out well but quickly faded around mile 18. I know what needs to be done, but my motivation is waning. Regardless, another marathon finish is in the books. Yaa me!!
