Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)

Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.

Short-Term Running Goals:

No idea.  Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Lower bodyweight and complete some more races.

Personal:

Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.

Well that's a wrap for running in 2015.  Total miles were just over my yearly average for the past 10 years.  Not as consistent as I use to be, but other obligations have me too strung out time wise.  Here's to a healthy and safe 2016!
