Marathon PR - 3:05 (3:06 at Boston)
Completed a dozen marathons and a handful of 50 mile ultras.
Short-Term Running Goals:
No idea. Just trying to stay in shape after several heart related setbacks.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Lower bodyweight and complete some more races.
Hooked onto running in 2005 after years of mostly powerlifting.
Legs a bit stiff from strength training, but not as bad as I expected. Think tomorrow will be different story.
Morning run feeling good.
Strength training later in the day.
