Ran a 10 mile tempo on Porter Rockwell Trail today. Towards the end it got hard, but I finished strong

Ran a great workout today. Started with a 2 mile warm up, ran 6 X 800 M @ 2:35, and then ran a 20 min cool down. I hit every split fast which is good. This workout was good for me both mentally and physically.

Raced today out in Spanish Fork. I started the race with the top pack sitting in 4th place, but wasn't able to hold it. Ended up running a 16:22 and placing 11th. I'm not very happy with the time, but next week I should be able to do better. After the race I re-ran the course in 18:22 and then ran 6 striders.
