PM: 4 miles + Weight Room
Ran an easy 4 miles and then headed to the weight room.
Had a great weight workout and I know that I am goin to be sore so after I finished I did a little bit of streching.

Went to basketball practice for our chuch team. Last year we made it to the semi finals, this year we are going to take the championship.
