this is the workout Paul Wolf and Carol came up with for today: USU track 2 x 200, 1 x 400, 1 x800 , repeat 3 times with recovery times equal to the intervals. it was fun.
I was joined for my one mile interval workout on the east bench by one of my biochem students, it was great to have a faster person to push me. we ran 4 x 1mile with about 90 second recoveries on my one mile course by Lundstrom park. We played rabbit where I took a 20 second head start over my student and he still caught me, passed me, and beat me on each interval by 10 seconds. My splits were 6:01, 6:01, 6:08, and 5:59 while Thomas' were about 5:30 each.
