this one really hurt. I have some sort of strained abdominal muscle I can't shake. Had my physical yesterday and doctor said I have the start of a hernia but it hasn't broken through yet. i don't know if that is causing the pain or what. of course he didn't know. oh well, pain is good, right? maybe I should just duct tape that area.
21.65 miles at 7:37 pace. that's four weeks in a row of 20+ milers. Now I have to see if I can recover a bit for the half. I don't know, morale is low... |
