really aggravated my PF attempting intervals today to the point I can barely walk. 4+ months of this PF is enough. Looks like I am going to be calling it quits for awhile. I signed up for first dam Saturday, if I undergo a miraculous recovery I will run it. Otherwise I will cross train for two months and start fresh next year.

Missed you at the race. Bummer about the PF. Are you going to be able to make your favorite race that Tremonton Turkey Trot?

Sorry to hear about the PF. Hopefully, some time off will help heel up. I know that injury can be really frustrating. I use my massage stick to roll it out, but I found I had to sometimes change my impact with different shoes and stride adjustments. Somehow I got it to go away.

i hope the break has helped the PF issue heal -

have a great holiday!
