Kelli, good to hear from you. lets see whats up- fighting plantars fasciitis (yuck), trying to stay motivated, not looking forward to winter, eating too much junk food. any good races down in Riverton soon? I am looking forward to the half marathon in March already!

OH MAN. Darn PF. Mine is hurting big time since the marathon. I swear, it never goes away. Well, that was encouraging!
They have a 5 mile run next Friday night---something about Halloween and in the dark and so on. i forgot to sign up! But we may just register the day of and do it with the kids for fun!
SO, are you going to attempt the St George lottery next year?

yes, I am definitely going to try my luck at SG again, that seems to be where the fun party is. I can't figure out how all you guys got in while I didn't, except I have really bad luck.
My stupid PF has been here for three months and counting now. it is driving me nuts. well at least we can commiserate!

Mine comes and goes, but is always there for a bit after a race! And i stand on my feet all day at work so that does not help!
My husband's work gets us in every year! BUT they make me try the lottery first. So, out of the 4 years, i have only gotten in though the lottery once. I also have bad luck, I just married the right guy.
