this one really hurt. I have some sort of strained abdominal muscle I can't shake. Had my physical yesterday and doctor said I have the start of  a hernia but it hasn't broken through yet. i don't know if that is causing the pain or what. of course he didn't know. oh well, pain is good, right? maybe I should just duct tape that area.

21.65 miles at 7:37 pace. that's four weeks in a row of 20+ milers. Now I have to see if I can recover a bit for the half. I don't know, morale is low...

sorry to hear about the pain, but you still managed a great pace for all those miles.

and duct tape does cure everything, so it's worth a shot :)

21 miles seems pretty motivated to me. I'm hoping that since you've put all these extra long runs in and are feeling unmotivated that I'll be able to run within 10 minutes behind you next Saturday.

Just hit some trails and the morale will skyrocket!

Ooo, that doesn't sound good. Time to throw in the towel and purchase a wheelchair. LOL only teasing. Duct tape is definitely the answer.

Ditto Cody on the trails thing. You should see some of the pics Jon posted of our recent runs.

Cody and Joe, I will be ready to make the switch to trails after TOU. Give me a week or so to recover then I hope to join you guys on one of these runs.
