I forgot to mention this year I will be running the TOU half again (promised my Uncle I would do it if he would train) and then I am going to pace a friend through her first marathon at TOU. Maybe we will meet....

Thanks Kelli, making a last ditch effort to get some speed for next monday's big race. one more interval day and that will be it, too little too late probably.

Caspers, that was it! It was good. I got them to make mine as big as they would agree to!!! Walter's wifes family owns it or something.
