| | Run in Millcreek with Collin. We managed 12.75 in 2:47, that should tell you all you need to know about the run. Tired now. | Comments(4) |

After pretty thoroughly destroying my legs with back to back long runs I took two days off. Using the old Jake method of seeing if I could get up and down stairs to see if I was ready. I went up to Pipeline with Nate and knocked out a run in the SSS, but probably would have been better off bombing around in Vibrams so I could really feel the trail.
4.2 around the aves in the SSS.

| | Run around the aves and stopped at the capitol to check out the Start/Finish of today's stage. Picked up a snap on koozie and leg strap from Sierra Nevada before running the rest of the way home.

| | Met Adam, Fritz, Nate, Pete and Jon for a J ranch run. While running we discussed our different philosophies about number two. Everyone except Fritz enjoys it and uses it as a time for contemplation and self discovery. | Comments(1) |
| | Loops of Liberty, apparently there is a beach volleyball tournament happening there this week. That or people are dumping a bunch of sand in Liberty for no good reason. | Comments(2) |
| | City Creek Canyon, I don't think I have ever seen that many people walking/running/biking in the canyon at one time. Crazy. | Add Comment |

| | Sugarhouse and Liberty, The path around the park is a mess in Sugarhouse and the lights were all out so a Bit of an adventure traveling through. Fritz, Josh, Adam H and Nate Krah are starting to meet at East High Tuesday mornings for track workouts at 6:30AM. Any interested should feel free to join and learn from the best (Fritz).

Met Adam H at the track this morning for a workout. We decided to keep it nice and easy and do 5 by mile with 400 jog rest. 5:38, 5:37, 5:38, 5:35, 5:34 happy with this as a first hard effort out. Also I had planned a double last night, but at 6:55 I remembered I had my fantasy football draft at 7, I didn't get in a run but I did pick up C.J. Spiller.
Another run, apparently there is a Utah Republican party a block from my house. Got a few yells trudging up Virginia. Eventful run.
